What you'll do

As a Facilities Administrator, you will assist the facilities management team in addressing client inquiries and concerns, ensuring timely and quality issue resolution. You will follow up with contractors to ensure the timely execution and closeout of work orders, utilizing reporting tools to identify and escalate any open work orders that fall outside of the client's service level agreements. Your role will involve auditing contractor invoices to ensure compliance with client contracts and assisting in monitoring contractor performance to maintain high service standards.
