What you'll do

As a Customer Support Representative at Vixxo, you will assist the facilities management team in addressing client inquiries and concerns. You will follow up with contractors to ensure timely execution and closeout of work orders, ensuring that all client needs are met efficiently. Your role will involve utilizing reporting tools to identify and escalate any open work orders that may fall outside of the established service level agreements.

You will also be responsible for auditing contractor invoices to ensure compliance with client contracts and assisting in monitoring contractor performance. Your contributions will play a vital role in maintaining the high standards of service that Vixxo is known for, and you will have the opportunity to grow your skills in facilities management.
