What you'll do
As a Facilities Administrator, you will assist the facilities management team in ensuring successful service delivery for various clients. Your responsibilities will include addressing client inquiries and concerns, following up with contractors to ensure timely execution of work orders, and auditing contractor invoices to ensure compliance with client contracts. You will utilize reporting tools to identify open work orders that may fall outside of service level agreements and escalate these issues as needed. Your role is crucial in maintaining the quality and efficiency of facilities management services provided by Vixxo.
