You have a strong background in sales engineering, ideally with experience in AI and SaaS solutions. You thrive at the intersection of technology and sales, and you possess deep product knowledge that allows you to support sales teams effectively. Your ability to translate technical requirements into customer solutions is a key strength, and you enjoy engaging with clients to understand their needs and challenges.
You are skilled in conducting discovery calls and delivering tailored product demos that resonate with potential customers. Your technical validation skills enable you to lead deep dives into product capabilities, ensuring that success criteria are met during pilot projects. You are passionate about solving real customer problems and closing deals that create value for both the client and your company.
What you'll do
As the Lead Sales Engineer at voize, you will work closely with Account Executives in enterprise pre-sales activities. Your role will involve running discovery calls to uncover customer needs and delivering clear, tailored product demonstrations that highlight the unique value of our AI solutions. You will own the technical validation process, leading deep dives into our product's capabilities and setting success criteria for pilot projects.
You will collaborate with the sales team to maintain momentum throughout the sales process, ensuring that all technical aspects are addressed and that customers feel confident in our solutions. Your expertise will be crucial in translating complex technical concepts into understandable terms for clients, helping them see how our technology can enhance their operations.
