What you'll do

In this internship, you will support IT operations and service desk functions, focusing on delivering excellent user experiences. You will work directly with the Senior IT Manager and collaborate closely with Systems Administrators to ensure robust infrastructure management. Your responsibilities will include assisting with IT service delivery, troubleshooting technical issues, and supporting the company's data retention governance initiatives. You will gain valuable insights into enterprise IT operations and learn how to manage technology effectively in a remote setting.
