You have a strong background in product management, ideally with experience in the gaming industry — you've successfully guided teams through product strategy and execution, ensuring that marketable prototypes are developed and launched effectively. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills enable you to build and nurture relationships across the local gaming ecosystem, fostering collaboration and innovation.
You are fluent in English and possess a personal passion or creative interest outside of work — this helps you connect with diverse teams and understand the creative aspects of game development. Your ability to analyze market trends and competitive landscapes allows you to identify opportunities for growth and profitability in the gaming sector.
What you'll do
As a Publishing and Product Manager at Voodoo, you will be responsible for building and managing a portfolio of high-potential studios — this involves outreach, attending industry events, and forming strategic partnerships to enhance Voodoo's presence in the gaming ecosystem. You will guide studios on product strategy and creative direction, ensuring that they develop strong, marketable prototypes that resonate with players.
You will lead launches as a product director, forming the product vision, roadmap, and execution plans to scale successful titles — your focus will be on owning the full P&L of your games, driving growth and profitability through strategic decision-making. Additionally, you will conduct deep market and competitive analysis to identify trends and define what makes a game successful in today's competitive landscape.
