You have a strong background in managing publishing portfolios and guiding studios on product strategy — your experience allows you to build marketable prototypes and lead successful game launches. You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to collaborate effectively with diverse teams. Fluency in English and Russian is essential, as you will be working with studios across Eastern Europe. Your personal passion or creative interest outside of work drives your engagement and innovation in the gaming industry.

What you'll do

In this role, you will build and manage a portfolio of high-potential studios through outreach, industry events, and partnerships. You will guide studios on product strategy and creative direction, ensuring they develop strong, marketable prototypes. As a product director, you will lead launches by forming the product vision, roadmap, and execution strategies to scale successful titles. You will own the full P&L of your games, focusing sharply on growth and profitability. Additionally, you will drive deep market and competitive analysis to identify trends and define what Voodoo should build next, contributing to the company's mission of creating iconic, chart-topping hybrid-casual hits.
