Your experience includes guiding studios on product strategy and creative direction, ensuring that prototypes are marketable and aligned with industry trends. You are fluent in English and possess a personal passion or creative interest outside of work, which enhances your ability to connect with diverse teams and stakeholders.
You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with various teams to drive product vision and execution. Your analytical skills allow you to conduct deep market and competitive analysis, identifying trends that inform your strategies. You are adept at managing a portfolio of high-potential studios, leveraging outreach and partnerships to foster growth and innovation.
What you'll do
As a Publishing Manager at Voodoo, you will play a strategic role in the company’s growth by building and nurturing relationships across the local gaming ecosystem. You will manage a portfolio of studios, guiding them on product strategy and creative direction to develop strong, marketable prototypes. Leading launches as a product director, you will form the product vision, roadmap, and execution plans to scale successful titles.
You will own the full P&L of your games, focusing on growth and profitability while driving deep market and competitive analysis to identify trends. Your role will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure that the games align with Voodoo's mission to entertain the world. You will also participate in industry events and outreach efforts to strengthen Voodoo's presence in the gaming community.
