You have a proven track record in sales management, particularly in the HVAC or industrial supplies sector — your experience includes developing and executing successful sales strategies that drive customer acquisition and retention. You excel at building relationships and understand the nuances of the contractor market, enabling you to identify high-potential clients and foster long-term partnerships.
Your leadership style is collaborative and results-driven — you thrive in environments where you can work cross-functionally with product, logistics, and marketing teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet customer needs. You are adept at analyzing market trends and customer feedback to refine targeting strategies and improve sales operations.
You possess strong communication skills, allowing you to effectively engage with contractors and internal stakeholders alike — your ability to articulate value propositions and negotiate deals is key to your success. You are also comfortable using data to track performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for driving new business by proactively identifying and closing new HVAC contractors through various outreach methods, including calls, emails, and in-person visits. You will develop a robust pipeline of potential clients and work diligently to convert leads into loyal customers.
You will cultivate deep, long-term relationships with high-potential contractors, focusing on driving repeat purchases and larger orders.
