What you'll do

In this role, you will play a pivotal part in implementing integrations that support various functions within the People team. You will work closely with the People team and external system consultants to design and build a seamless integration between the HRIS and the Payroll provider. Your contributions will help shape the architecture of the HR systems, ensuring they remain effective, scalable, and efficient.

You will engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable development tasks. Your role will involve diving into the intricacies of the existing systems to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization. You will also collaborate with other team members in a shared development environment, contributing to a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
