Job Description
Who you are
You have over 8 years of product management experience, including managing senior product managers and leading teams. Your background includes proven experience in owning a portfolio or domain in enterprise B2B SaaS at scale, demonstrating your ability to drive measurable growth outcomes across adoption, retention, and revenue.
You have a track record of shipping major products or expansions, including at least one significant initiative from 0 to scale. Your experience includes shipping Generative AI features to production, not just prototypes, showcasing your ability to iterate based on real usage and feedback.
Your strong product craft encompasses discovery, prioritization, PRDs, and execution. You excel at creating alignment across squads and stakeholders, simplifying complexity, and making hard calls to ensure the success of your product initiatives.
What you'll do
As the Director of Product, you will take full ownership of the Lease, Market & Data (LMD) portfolio strategy. You will lead the vision, execution, rollout strategy, and scaling plan for Asset Intelligence, ensuring that the offering delivers enterprise-grade outcomes such as workflow integration, trust, governance, and measurable ROI.
You will partner with go-to-market leaders on positioning, pricing, and packaging considerations, as well as customer rollout strategies. Your role will involve raising the bar on product craft, focusing on world-class UX, information architecture, and time-to-insight.
You will drive measurable growth outcomes across adoption, retention, and revenue, ensuring that your team is aligned and focused on delivering impactful results. You will also be responsible for mentoring and developing your team of senior product managers, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
