Who you are
You have 5+ years of experience in product management, ideally with a focus on AI-driven products. You understand how to translate customer pain points into actionable product strategies and have a track record of shipping high-impact features that drive user engagement and revenue. Your strong analytical skills enable you to define north-star outcomes and measure success effectively.
You are adept at leading cross-functional teams, collaborating closely with engineering and data/ML specialists to ensure that product features are built with quality and reliability. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable managing the dual-track discovery and delivery process, ensuring that your team maintains high shipping velocity without sacrificing quality.
You possess a deep understanding of AI technologies and their applications in enhancing user workflows. Your experience includes running experimentation loops to optimize user onboarding and activation, ensuring that users derive value from the product quickly and effectively. You are committed to building products that are not only innovative but also safe and user-friendly, implementing enterprise guardrails where necessary.
Desirable
Experience with generative AI technologies and their practical applications in product development is a plus. Familiarity with enterprise software and the real estate market can enhance your contributions to the team.
What you'll do
As a Senior Product Manager at VTS, you will own the AI-first roadmap for Lease & Market, focusing on evolving the product strategy to incorporate generative AI capabilities. You will lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from problem discovery to production launch, ensuring that each phase is executed with precision and aligns with user needs.
You will define and instrument key metrics to measure product success, working closely with engineering and data teams to establish evaluation strategies that include offline evaluations and regression testing. Your role will involve optimizing user adoption and conversion through effective onboarding processes and in-product education.
You will run experimentation loops to improve funnel performance and ensure that users experience the first value quickly. Your leadership will guide the team in maintaining a high-quality output while iterating on features based on user feedback and performance data.
