VTS is seeking a Senior Director of Lease Data Strategy & Solutions to bridge the gap between commercial real estate complexity and software capability. You'll serve as the Executive Authority ensuring clients understand data models while leading abstraction workflows. This role requires deep domain expertise in lease management.

You have extensive experience in commercial real estate and a strong understanding of lease management tools — your expertise allows you to navigate complex data models and communicate effectively with clients. You excel in managing expectations and ensuring transparency in data onboarding processes, establishing trust with stakeholders. Your strategic mindset enables you to partner with engineering teams to validate methodologies and ensure data accuracy. You are a natural leader who can articulate project scopes and guide product teams in developing tools that respect the nuances of complex leases.
What you'll do
As the Senior Director of Lease Data Strategy & Solutions, you will act as the primary strategic lead for abstraction workflows, ensuring that our product teams build tools that accurately reflect the complexities of commercial leases. You will partner with the Solutions Engineering team during client engagements, serving as the technical authority who validates our abstraction methodology. Your role will involve defining and articulating project scopes for lease data onboarding, clearly explaining to clients what aspects are automated by AI and where human review is necessary. You will also be responsible for managing client expectations and ensuring they understand the accuracy and auditability of our data models.
