What you'll do

As a Senior Professional Services Consultant at WalkMe, you will take ownership of the implementation process for our Digital Adoption Platform. You will work closely with clients to design and build solutions that meet their specific needs, ensuring a seamless integration of our technology into their existing systems. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product management and engineering, to ensure that client requirements are met and that the solutions delivered are of the highest quality.

You will be responsible for conducting workshops and training sessions to educate clients on how to effectively use WalkMe's features, such as guidance, engagement, insights, and automation.
