You have a strong background in technical writing and UX design — your experience includes creating clear and concise documentation that enhances user understanding and product usability. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can manage multiple projects simultaneously — your organizational skills ensure that deadlines are met without compromising quality. You thrive on feedback and continuously seek to improve your writing and documentation processes.
Desirable
Experience with content management systems and familiarity with tools like Confluence or GitBook would be a plus — you understand how to leverage technology to streamline documentation processes. A background in software development or a related field can enhance your ability to interact with technical teams effectively.
What you'll do
As a Technical & UX Writer at WalkMe, you will be responsible for producing a variety of documentation, including internal guides and customer-facing materials. You will work closely with the Knowledge Management team to ensure that all documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and user-friendly.
You will collaborate with product managers and engineers to gather information and insights necessary for creating comprehensive documentation — your role will involve understanding product features and user needs to craft effective microcopy and instructional content. You will also participate in user testing to gather feedback on documentation usability and make necessary adjustments.
Your contributions will play a vital role in helping customers implement WalkMe solutions efficiently — you will ensure that users have the resources they need to navigate and utilize the product effectively. You will also have the opportunity to contribute to blog posts and white papers, sharing your expertise and insights with a broader audience.
