What you'll do
In this role, you will create architectural and micro-architectural models for the exploration, development, and verification of machine learning accelerators. You will analyze workloads to define and derive performance metrics that guide the design of high-performance computing platforms. Collaborating with the Compute Team, you will ensure that the Waymo Driver operates at peak efficiency, leveraging your expertise to optimize both hardware and software components. You will participate in the full lifecycle of model development, from initial concept through to implementation and testing, ensuring that your models meet the rigorous demands of autonomous driving applications. Your work will directly impact the performance and reliability of the Waymo Driver, contributing to the mission of improving mobility and safety on the roads.
What we offer
Waymo offers a competitive salary range of $204,000—$259,000 USD, along with eligibility for an annual bonus program and equity incentive plan.
