What you'll do
In this role, you will create architectural models that facilitate the exploration and verification of machine learning accelerators. You will analyze various workloads to define and derive representative models that inform the development process. Collaborating closely with hardware and software engineers, you will ensure that the compute platform meets the high-performance demands of autonomous vehicles.
You will participate in the design and optimization of hardware and software systems, contributing to the overall performance and efficiency of the Waymo Driver. Your work will directly impact the capabilities of the autonomous driving technology, helping to improve access to mobility and enhance safety on the roads.
You will also engage in discussions with cross-functional teams to align on project goals and deliverables, ensuring that the architectural models you create are effectively integrated into the broader system. Your contributions will be critical in advancing the state of autonomous driving technology and achieving Waymo's mission of becoming the world's most trusted driver.
