What you'll do
As a Vehicle Quality Engineer at Waymo, you will be responsible for developing and executing the vehicle Control Plan for incoming, in-process, and outgoing quality controls. Your work will ensure that every finished vehicle meets all technical specifications, contributing to the overall mission of enhancing mobility and safety through autonomous driving. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify quality issues and implement solutions that uphold Waymo's high standards. Your role will also involve analyzing quality data and metrics to drive continuous improvement in vehicle performance and reliability.
What we offer
Waymo provides a competitive salary range of $158,000—$171,000 USD, along with eligibility for an annual bonus program and equity incentive plan.
