Your expertise in firmware and low-level drivers allows you to optimize performance for ML accelerator chips effectively. You possess solid programming skills, particularly in Python, and have experience working with APIs. What you'll do
In this role, you will design and implement full stack solutions from firmware to APIs for ML accelerator chips. You will analyze and optimize firmware to enhance performance and ensure that the compute platform meets the demands of fully autonomous vehicles. Collaborating closely with your teammates, you will contribute to the development of high-performance custom silicon and system-level compute architectures. Your work will directly impact the Waymo Driver, which powers the company's autonomous ride-hail service.
You will engage in cross-functional collaboration, working with hardware and software teams to ensure that the systems you design are optimized for maximum performance. Your contributions will help shape the future of autonomous driving technology, making it safer and more accessible for everyone.
