What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for bringing up and enabling the deployment of new Waymo platforms across various program phases, from prototype requirements to full deployment. You will collaborate with engineering teams to ensure that all operational aspects are aligned with technical specifications and timelines. Your role will involve coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders to gather feedback and implement improvements throughout the deployment process. You will also be tasked with monitoring the performance of deployed platforms and identifying areas for optimization. As a key member of the Waymo Operations team, you will contribute to the scaling of the world's first autonomous fleet, ensuring that operations run smoothly and efficiently. You will play a vital role in shaping the future of mobility by enabling the Waymo Driver to reach its full potential in real-world applications.
What we offer
Waymo offers a competitive salary range of $190,000 to $241,000 USD, along with eligibility for an annual bonus program and equity incentive plan.
