Desirable
Experience with Okta or similar identity management solutions is a plus — familiarity with the partner ecosystem and sales processes will enhance your ability to drive enablement initiatives. A background in sales or customer success can also be beneficial, as it provides insight into the needs and challenges faced by partners.
What you'll do
As the Partner Product Enablement Manager, you will be responsible for developing and delivering product training programs for Okta's partner sales and presales teams — you will create engaging content that helps partners understand the value of Okta's solutions and how to effectively position them in the market. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product marketing and customer success, to ensure that training materials are up-to-date and relevant.
You will assess the training needs of partners and design enablement programs that address those needs — this may include workshops, webinars, and self-paced learning modules. You will also gather feedback from partners to continuously improve the training experience and ensure that it meets their evolving needs.
In addition, you will track the effectiveness of enablement initiatives through metrics and feedback — you will analyze data to identify areas for improvement and report on the impact of training programs on partner performance. Your role will be instrumental in creating product champions within Okta's partner ecosystem, ultimately driving business growth.
