You have a proven track record in operations management, particularly in overseeing fleet readiness and ensuring that service standards are met across multiple markets. You understand the importance of aligning operational goals with performance metrics and have a keen eye for detail that ensures all aspects of fleet readiness are addressed. You thrive in dynamic environments and are passionate about leveraging technology to improve mobility solutions.
Desirable
Experience in the autonomous vehicle industry or related fields is a plus, as is familiarity with emerging markets and their unique operational challenges. You are comfortable working with cross-functional teams and have a collaborative approach to problem-solving. What you'll do
In this role, you will oversee the readiness of the Waymo fleet across a portfolio of emerging markets, ensuring that all vehicles are prepared for service and meet the company's performance goals. You will lead diagnostic efforts and support the operational teams in troubleshooting and resolving issues that may arise. Your leadership will be crucial in coordinating with various stakeholders, including engineering, operations, and customer service, to ensure a seamless deployment of the Waymo Driver technology. What we offer
Waymo offers a competitive salary range of $152,000 to $192,000 USD, along with eligibility for an annual bonus program and equity incentive plan.
