What you'll do

In this role, you will define and champion a compelling product vision and strategy for major components of the Waymo simulator, focusing on enhancing realism, scale, and user experience through the application of AI/ML. You will collaborate with engineering teams to ensure that product requirements are met and that the simulator evolves to meet user needs. You will conduct user research to understand customer pain points and gather feedback to inform product development. You will work closely with stakeholders to prioritize features and manage the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals. You will lead cross-functional meetings to facilitate communication and collaboration among teams, driving the product forward. You will analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation. You will be responsible for defining success metrics and tracking product performance, using data to make informed decisions and iterate on the product. You will mentor junior product managers and contribute to the overall product management culture at Waymo.
