What you'll do

In this role, you will lead fast-paced mixed-method research projects that inform the design of operations tooling at Waymo. You will collaborate closely with UX designers and engineers to understand user needs and pain points, ensuring that the tools developed are intuitive and effective. Your research will guide the design process, helping to create a seamless experience for both riders and fleet operations teams. You will conduct user interviews, usability testing, and surveys to gather insights, and you will analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. You will also be responsible for synthesizing research findings into actionable recommendations and presenting them to cross-functional teams. Your work will directly impact the development of tools that enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of Waymo's operations.
