You believe in fostering a culture of ownership and accountability within your team, encouraging engineers to take initiative and drive their projects forward. You have experience in mentoring and developing engineers, helping them grow into well-rounded professionals who can tackle complex challenges.

What you'll do

As an Engineering Manager at Wealthfront, you will lead a team of engineers dedicated to building a better financial system. In addition to team management, you will contribute to the overall development of the engineering organization. You will help establish best practices for project management and performance reviews, ensuring that the team operates efficiently and effectively. Your leadership will be crucial in maintaining high engineering quality standards and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
