What you'll do

In this full-stack data science role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing data-driven strategies that support Wealthsimple's marketing efforts. You will collaborate with data engineers and other data scientists to build and maintain shared infrastructure, ensuring that data is accessible and usable for analysis. Your role will involve designing experiments to test marketing initiatives, analyzing the results, and providing recommendations based on your findings.

You will work closely with the Growth, Product, and Engineering teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives. This includes analyzing user behavior and engagement metrics to identify opportunities for improvement. You will also contribute to the strategic direction of marketing campaigns, leveraging your insights to drive new user acquisition and net deposit targets.
