What you'll do
As the Senior Director of Corporate Sales, you will lead and mentor a team of Sales Managers and Account Executives, guiding them to exceed sales targets and drive growth. You will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies that align with Webflow's mission to empower teams to design and launch for the web without barriers. You will work closely with product and marketing teams to ensure that sales efforts are supported by effective messaging and product positioning.
You will play a key role in building a robust pipeline generation machine, leveraging your expertise to identify and pursue new business opportunities. Your leadership will be crucial in fostering a high-performance culture within the sales team, where collaboration and creativity are encouraged. You will also be involved in closing significant revenue deals, ensuring that Webflow continues to grow its market presence.
