What you'll do
As the Strategic Sales Director at Cresta, you will lead our largest and most complex sales opportunities, reporting directly to the RVP of Strategic Sales. Your primary responsibility will be to drive revenue growth by identifying and closing new business opportunities. You will curate a pipeline of potential clients and engage with executive decision-makers to build lasting relationships that foster trust and collaboration.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure that our offerings align with market needs and customer expectations. Your role will involve developing sales strategies that leverage Cresta's unique AI-driven platform to enhance customer interactions and improve operational efficiency for contact centers.
In addition to driving sales, you will also play a key role in mentoring and developing junior sales team members, sharing your insights and best practices to elevate the overall performance of the team.
