You are a recent graduate with a Bachelorβs Degree in graphic design, web design, UX, or a related field, and you have a GPA above 3.4. You have a strong background in design, with a portfolio that showcases your graphic design work, particularly in web design and UX. You possess an excellent design eye and a thorough understanding of design fundamentals such as typography and layout principles. You are eager to contribute to a team that values trust and autonomy, allowing you to be the best version of yourself. You are excited about the potential for growth within the company, with a clear promotional path from Junior UX Designer to Senior UX Designer.
What you'll do
As a Junior UX Designer at WebFX, you will collaborate closely with the Nutshell team to create engaging and user-friendly designs for our CRM and email marketing platform. You will be responsible for translating user needs into design solutions, ensuring that our products are not only visually appealing but also functional and intuitive. You will participate in design reviews and contribute to brainstorming sessions, bringing your unique perspective to the table. Your role will involve working with various design tools, including Figma and Photoshop, to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups. You will also have the opportunity to gather user feedback and iterate on designs based on real-world usage, helping to refine our products further.
