Job Description
Who you are
You are an experienced language professional with a strong background in reviewing and refining customer service content in French (Canada). You have a keen eye for detail and a passion for ensuring linguistic accuracy and natural language flow in translated materials. Your expertise allows you to identify systemic quality issues and provide valuable feedback that contributes to continuous improvement efforts. You understand the importance of aligning content with project guidelines and maintaining high-quality standards.
What you'll do
In this role, you will conduct second-pass quality reviews to ensure overall linguistic accuracy and consistency across batches of customer service content. You will validate and calibrate severity assessments to maintain alignment with quality standards, identifying recurring error patterns and tone mismatches. Your responsibilities will include providing high-level qualitative feedback that directly contributes to final quality reporting. You will work on an ad hoc basis throughout the year, with tasks assigned depending on client needs, ensuring that the content meets the highest standards of quality.
