What you'll do

You will validate and calibrate severity assessments to maintain alignment with quality standards. Your responsibilities will include identifying systemic machine translation quality issues, such as recurring error patterns, tone mismatches, and terminology inconsistencies. You will provide high-level qualitative feedback that directly contributes to final quality reporting and continuous improvement efforts.

This position involves intermittent work, with tasks assigned on an ad hoc basis throughout the year depending on client needs. You will be expected to adapt to varying volumes and timing of assignments, showcasing your flexibility and commitment to quality.
