You are detail-oriented and capable of performing monthly and annual accounting closings accurately and on time. Your analytical skills allow you to identify trends and variances effectively, providing valuable insights to the team. You possess strong communication and leadership abilities, enabling you to work independently and collaboratively with others. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is essential, and experience with Finance ERP systems, particularly Workday, is a plus. You thrive under pressure and can meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality work.

What you'll do

As a Finance Manager at Welocalize, you will be responsible for overseeing the monthly and annual accounting closing processes, ensuring they are completed accurately and on time. You will provide detailed financial analysis to identify trends and variances, which will help guide decision-making within the organization. Your role will also involve managing cash flow, including weekly cash forecasting and optimizing working capital management to enhance cash effectiveness. Additionally, you will review and supervise external and intercompany accounts receivable and accounts payable, ensuring compliance with local statutory requirements and accounting standards.
