What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the Welo Data team in providing high-quality datasets for AI models. You will oversee the entire data operations process, from data collection and generation to annotation and labeling. Your responsibilities will include ensuring that the datasets meet the specific needs of clients and are delivered on time and within budget.

You will collaborate closely with technology companies to understand their data requirements and tailor services accordingly. This involves working with a global community of AI training and domain experts to enhance the quality and relevance of the data provided. You will also be involved in enhancing large language models (LLMs) through techniques such as prompt engineering and adversarial model training.

Your role will require you to monitor and evaluate the performance of data operations, identifying areas for improvement and implementing best practices. You will also be responsible for training and mentoring team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development within the team.
