You have a strong background in project management, particularly in the context of data operations and AI. Your experience includes overseeing quality assurance and workforce planning, ensuring that projects meet compliance and quality standards. You are comfortable working independently and can influence delivery outcomes without formal line management. Your multilingual abilities beyond English are a plus, allowing you to engage with diverse teams and clients effectively.
You understand the intricacies of managing AI training data delivery, including the importance of ethically sourced and high-quality datasets. You are familiar with the challenges of scaling operations and can implement training programs that enhance team performance. Your analytical mindset helps you improve processes across multiple projects, ensuring that client outcomes are consistently met.
What you'll do
In this role, you will own quality assurance and workforce planning for AI training data delivery on multiple small projects or one large strategic project. You will partner with the Senior Quality Analyst to share accountability for client outcomes and team performance. Your responsibilities will include leading quality, workforce, and training programs across various projects, driving improvements in performance and compliance. You will work independently within scope, budget, compliance, and quality guardrails, escalating exceptions as necessary. Your role will also involve influencing delivery outcomes and ensuring that the projects align with the company's standards and client expectations.
