You have extensive experience in program management, particularly in leading large-scale AI training data projects. Your ability to define program goals, roadmaps, and milestones is complemented by your expertise in managing cross-functional teams and client relationships. Your communication skills enable you to effectively partner with various stakeholders, including quality managers and team members, to achieve program goals.
What you'll do
In this role, you will lead a program of AI training data projects, owning the strategy and delivery from inception to completion. You will define the program's operating model and ensure that all team members are aligned with the program's objectives. Your responsibilities will include setting operating rhythms and standards, making day-to-day decisions, and escalating high-impact issues as necessary. You will also provide direct line management for project managers and coordinators, fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability.
You will be the primary point of contact for client relationships, ensuring that their needs are met and that the program delivers high-quality outcomes. Partnering closely with the Lead Quality Manager, you will drive continuous improvement initiatives across operations, leveraging data and feedback to enhance service delivery. Your role will require you to balance strategic oversight with hands-on management, ensuring that the program remains on track and within budget.
