You are a detail-oriented individual with a knack for analyzing data and performance metrics. As a Junior Quality Coordinator, you possess strong communication skills in both Portuguese (Brazil) and English (US), allowing you to effectively support and educate team members. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are eager to learn from experienced Quality Coordinators while contributing to the success of the Search Quality Rater project.

You have a passion for quality assurance and a keen interest in search engine performance. Your analytical mindset enables you to produce statistical quality reports and monitor progress, ensuring that the project meets its objectives. You are proactive in providing feedback and support to raters, helping them understand best practices and client expectations.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing data on quality performance and producing reports that highlight key metrics. You will complete internal assessments and provide feedback on blind test ranges and queries. Your role will also involve flagging any behavioral concerns among raters and assisting them with ad-hoc support as needed. You may participate in the creation and review of training materials, including best practices and newsletters, to enhance the team's knowledge and performance.

You will attend meetings with various stakeholders to discuss project progress and address any queries from raters. Your ability to communicate effectively will be crucial in ensuring that all team members are aligned with the project's goals. Additionally, you will keep track of data and analyze it to identify trends and areas for improvement, contributing to the overall success of the project.
