What you'll do

As a Junior Quality Coordinator, you will be responsible for analyzing data on quality performance and producing statistical reports. You will monitor the progress of the Search Quality Rater project and assist in completing internal assessments. Your role will involve providing feedback on blind test ranges and queries from the team, as well as flagging any behavioral concerns among raters. You will also participate in training sessions, helping to educate raters on best practices and client expectations. Additionally, you will keep track of data and analyze it to support project objectives. Your communication skills will be essential as you attend meetings with various stakeholders and monitor raters' queries to ensure smooth operations.

What we offer
