What you'll do

In this role, you will support an ongoing project focused on reviewing Portuguese (Portugal) customer service content. You will conduct second-pass quality reviews to ensure overall linguistic accuracy and consistency across batches. Your responsibilities will include validating and calibrating severity assessments to maintain alignment with quality standards. You will identify systemic machine translation quality issues, including recurring error patterns, tone mismatches, and terminology inconsistencies. Your high-level qualitative feedback will contribute significantly to final quality reporting and continuous improvement efforts. This position involves intermittent work, with tasks assigned on an ad hoc basis throughout the year, depending on client needs. You will need to be flexible as volumes and timing may vary.
