Who you are
You are an experienced language professional with a strong background in reviewing and refining customer service content. Your expertise in Spanish (Spain) allows you to ensure that machine-translated materials are accurate and natural, aligning with project guidelines. You have a keen eye for detail and can identify systemic quality issues, including tone mismatches and terminology inconsistencies. Your ability to provide high-level qualitative feedback contributes significantly to quality reporting and continuous improvement efforts.
You understand the importance of linguistic accuracy and consistency across batches, and you are skilled in conducting second-pass quality reviews. Your experience allows you to validate and calibrate severity assessments effectively, ensuring alignment with quality standards. You are comfortable working on an ad hoc basis, adapting to varying volumes and timing based on client needs.
What you'll do
In this role, you will conduct thorough quality reviews of Spanish (Spain) customer service content, focusing on improving machine-translated materials. You will validate and calibrate severity assessments to maintain high-quality standards. Your responsibilities will include identifying recurring error patterns and providing feedback that directly contributes to the overall quality of the project. You will work closely with other language professionals to ensure that the content meets the expectations of the client and adheres to project guidelines.
You will also be involved in ongoing projects, which may require intermittent work throughout the year. Your ability to adapt to changing client needs and project requirements will be crucial. You will play a key role in maintaining the quality of customer service content, ensuring that it is not only accurate but also resonates well with the target audience.
