Desirable

Experience with cloud platforms like AWS is a plus, as is familiarity with tools and frameworks that enhance observability and incident management. You are comfortable with data-driven decision-making and can leverage metrics to guide your team's efforts. What you'll do

As the Engineering Manager for Reliability Engineering at Whatnot, you will oversee a team dedicated to enhancing the reliability of our platform. Your role will involve setting the vision and strategy for reliability initiatives, ensuring that all engineering teams have the tools and processes they need to build and operate reliable software. You will lead efforts to define and monitor SLOs, ensuring that we meet our reliability goals as we scale.
