Who you are
You have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field and bring over 8 years of experience in software and systems engineering. Your expertise lies in building and managing large-scale, distributed, fault-tolerant systems, and you have a strong understanding of cloud infrastructure and strategies. You are a technical leader who enjoys collaborating with cross-functional teams, including platform, infrastructure, machine learning, and DevOps.
You have a proven track record of improving observability and reliability of systems through effective monitoring and alerting infrastructure. Your experience includes architecting and executing projects that enhance application reliability, and you are skilled in managing CI/CD pipelines and supporting blue/green deployments. You thrive in environments where you can lead teams and drive innovative solutions.
What you'll do
As the Engineering Manager for Site Reliability at Moveworks, you will be responsible for architecting and managing the AI cloud infrastructure. You will lead the founding SRE team, ensuring that the infrastructure is resilient and secure, allowing products to operate reliably. Your role will involve designing and operating systems that enable engineering teams to release customer-facing features rapidly. You will work closely with various teams to build systems that facilitate high-quality software delivery.
You will improve the reliability of applications by managing and building monitoring systems that help debug production issues and analyze performance. Your responsibilities will include architecting, designing, and executing projects aimed at enhancing system reliability. You will also serve as a technical lead for adjacent teams in Bengaluru, fostering collaboration and innovation.
