Whatnot is hiring a Senior Manager for Trust & Risk Operations to lead and scale international operations. You'll oversee teams to ensure a best-in-class user experience. This role requires strong leadership and operational excellence.

You have a proven track record in operations management, particularly in trust and safety, with at least 5 years of experience leading teams in a fast-paced environment. Your ability to build trust and deliver exceptional user experiences is paramount, and you thrive in cross-functional collaborations that drive operational excellence. You possess strong analytical skills and are adept at using data to inform decision-making and improve processes. Your leadership style fosters a culture of accountability and empowerment, ensuring that your team is motivated and aligned with the company's mission.

Desirable

Experience in e-commerce or marketplace environments is a plus, as is familiarity with international operations. You are comfortable navigating complex regulatory landscapes and have a keen understanding of risk management principles. Your communication skills are exceptional, allowing you to articulate strategies and collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.

What you'll do

As the Senior Manager of Trust & Risk Operations, you will lead a team of Team Leads and Trust & Safety specialists, ensuring that operations are scaled effectively across international markets. You will be responsible for deploying agent teams in ways that maximize their impact on user trust and satisfaction. Your role will involve continuous process improvement, where you will partner with other departments to enhance operational workflows and user experiences. You will also be accountable for monitoring performance metrics and implementing strategies that drive operational excellence.
