What you'll do
As the Director of Engineering Operations at WHOOP, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining the operational backbone of the engineering organization. You will work closely with the SVP of Software to develop systems and processes that enhance visibility and accountability across teams. Your role will involve aligning people, processes, and data to ensure that WHOOP continues to deliver high-quality software efficiently. You will lead initiatives aimed at improving team productivity and consistency, fostering a culture of excellence within the engineering organization.
You will collaborate with various departments, including Product, Recruiting, QA, and Platform leadership, to ensure that operational goals are met and that teams are equipped to succeed. Your focus will be on building mechanisms that drive clarity and efficiency, enabling teams to scale effectively as WHOOP grows. You will also be responsible for identifying areas for improvement and implementing best practices that enhance operational performance.
