You understand end-to-end operational processes and can make flexible, data-driven decisions. You have experience in operations-related tasks within IT or internet companies, and entry-level experience in consulting or finance is also acceptable. You possess stakeholder management skills and have experience in risk and issue management. Your data-driven mindset is complemented by your proficiency in data analysis tools, particularly SQL, and you have advanced skills in Excel and Google Sheets. Familiarity with collaboration tools such as Slack and Zoom is a plus. You are fluent in business-level Japanese, and knowledge of Korean or English is welcomed.

What you'll do

In this role, you will support the Ops Manager in executing daily operational tasks for the merchant engagement program. Your responsibilities will include managing and optimizing promotional operations, which involves setting up and executing promotions, supporting promotional strategies, and tracking outcomes. You will analyze daily operations and outcomes to identify challenges and improvement opportunities. Additionally, you will assist the Ops Manager in enhancing overall operational efficiency and productivity. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to address inquiries from within the company and manage operational incidents and escalations. Working closely with the manager, you will help develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) and operational processes for new initiatives. You will also support risk and issue management through systematic tracking and follow-up.
