What you'll do

As the Engineering Manager for the Wikidata Platform team, you will lead the development and execution of the Wikidata Query Service and related platform services. You will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of scalable, reliable, and sustainable query infrastructure that meets the needs of millions of users worldwide. You will guide your team in addressing diverse challenges and will be involved in strategic planning to align engineering efforts with the Wikimedia Foundation's priorities.

You will collaborate closely with product and tech leads to shape the future of Wikidata's query capabilities, ensuring they are user-centric and innovative. Your role will involve mentoring team members, conducting performance reviews, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
