You have a strong background in mechanical engineering with a focus on battery systems — your experience includes leading teams in the design and development of battery modules and packs. You are familiar with thermal management systems and understand the complexities involved in energy storage solutions for electric vehicles. What you'll do

As the Battery Pack Design Lead, you will be responsible for the complete mechanical and thermal system development for the Wisk Gen6 autonomous vehicle. You will lead a team of engineers in designing battery modules and packs, ensuring that they meet performance, safety, and reliability standards. Your role will involve overseeing the integration of thermal systems and collaborating closely with other engineering teams to deliver a cohesive product.

You will also be tasked with managing project timelines and resources, ensuring that your team has the support they need to succeed. Regularly reviewing project progress and making adjustments as necessary will be key to your success in this role. You will be expected to stay updated on industry trends and advancements in battery technology, applying this knowledge to enhance Wisk's products.
