What you'll do
As a Senior Staff Battery Mechanical Design Engineer at Wisk, you will be responsible for developing the complete mechanical and thermal systems for the Wisk Gen6 autonomous vehicle. You will collaborate with multiple engineering groups to ensure the successful integration of battery systems into the vehicle design. Your role will involve hands-on design work, as well as strategic planning and problem-solving to address complex engineering challenges. You will be expected to lead initiatives that drive innovation and efficiency in the design process, ensuring that the systems you develop meet the highest standards of safety and performance.
