Overview
Wizeline is hiring a Senior Product Designer to lead design efforts for AI-powered digital products. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance user experience and drive design consistency. This role requires 6+ years of experience in UX design.
Job Description
Who you are
You have over 6 years of experience as a UX Designer in digital products or applications — you've honed your skills in various aspects of design, including Information Architecture, Content Design, User Research, Interaction Design, and Interface Design. You thrive in collaborative environments and are adept at juggling multiple projects while maintaining a keen eye for detail and precision.
Your deep expertise in user-centered design principles allows you to evaluate and improve UX processes effectively — you understand the importance of aligning design decisions with user needs and business goals. You are a fast learner who values iteration and feedback, ensuring that your designs are not only innovative but also practical and user-friendly.
What you'll do
In this role, you will help your team grow their technical and non-technical skills to deliver better products — you will lead rapid sketching, wireframing, and feedback sessions with cross-functional teams to ensure that design solutions meet user needs. You will own high-level design timelines and adapt your approaches to fit project requirements, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned throughout the design process.
You will create information architecture diagrams to document workflows and hierarchies, contributing to the evolution of our agile, user-first design methodology with best practices. Collaborating closely with engineering, you will ensure that usability standards are met before product releases, driving design consistency and efficiency across all products.
Conducting user research, including interviews and usability testing, will be a key part of your responsibilities — you will analyze data to inform design decisions and communicate these clearly to align teams around user needs. Your role will be pivotal in fostering a culture of growth, collaboration, and impact within the organization.
What we offer
Wizeline provides a high-impact environment where you can thrive and grow professionally. We are committed to your development and offer a flexible and collaborative culture that encourages innovation and creativity. As part of our vibrant community, you will have global opportunities to work on cutting-edge AI-powered digital products that drive business transformation. Join us and be part of a team that believes in the power of data and AI to shape the future.
