Who you are

You have extensive experience in program lifecycle management, having successfully initiated, planned, executed, and monitored technical programs that align with both technical and business objectives. Your ability to define high-level goals and contribute to product development has been a key factor in your success. You excel in cross-functional collaboration, working closely with engineers, product managers, architects, and delivery teams to align priorities and ensure successful execution of projects.

You are proactive in risk management, adept at identifying, analyzing, and developing mitigation strategies for potential technical risks and issues. Your project execution skills are top-notch, as you develop detailed project plans, manage timelines and resources, and coordinate tasks to ensure on-time delivery and quality. You possess excellent communication skills, providing regular updates on project status, issues, and risks to all stakeholders, and translating complex technical concepts into understandable terms for non-technical audiences.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire program lifecycle, ensuring that all technical programs align with the strategic goals of the organization. You will define the technical strategy and roadmap, contributing to product development and establishing clear goals for your teams. Your role will involve close collaboration with various teams to ensure that everyone is aligned and working towards common objectives.

You will proactively manage risks, identifying potential issues before they arise and developing strategies to mitigate them. Your project execution will involve creating detailed plans and timelines, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively and that tasks are coordinated for optimal efficiency. Regular communication with stakeholders will be crucial, as you will need to keep everyone informed about project progress and any challenges that may arise.

You will also be involved in problem-solving, diagnosing and resolving technical issues that occur during development and deployment. Your insights will help streamline workflows and improve the overall effectiveness of the team. You will have the opportunity to provide recommendations on effective AI use, identifying opportunities to leverage AI for process automation and efficiency.
