Who you are

You have 5+ years of experience in infrastructure engineering, with a strong background in managing cloud environments and deploying scalable systems. Your expertise in AWS and Terraform allows you to design and implement robust infrastructure solutions that meet business needs.

You are proficient in container orchestration with Kubernetes and have hands-on experience with Docker, enabling you to create efficient deployment pipelines. Your knowledge of Linux systems administration ensures that you can maintain and optimize server performance effectively.

You are skilled in programming with Golang, which you use to automate processes and enhance system functionality. Your familiarity with observability tools like Grafana and Prometheus helps you monitor system health and performance metrics, ensuring high availability and reliability.

You understand the importance of security in infrastructure management and have experience with secrets management systems such as Vault. Your contributions to open-source infrastructure projects demonstrate your commitment to community and continuous learning.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing infrastructure solutions that support Workato's enterprise orchestration platform. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify infrastructure needs and develop strategies to enhance system performance and reliability.

You will manage cloud resources on AWS, ensuring optimal configuration and cost efficiency. Your expertise in Terraform will be crucial for infrastructure as code practices, allowing for consistent and repeatable deployments.

You will lead the adoption of containerization technologies, utilizing Kubernetes and Docker to streamline application deployment and scaling. Your role will involve setting up CI/CD pipelines to automate testing and deployment processes, improving the overall development workflow.

Monitoring and observability will be key aspects of your responsibilities. You will implement and maintain monitoring solutions using Grafana and Prometheus, ensuring that any issues are promptly identified and resolved.

You will also contribute to the security posture of the infrastructure by implementing best practices and utilizing tools like Vault for secrets management. Your insights and contributions to open-source projects will help foster a culture of innovation within the team.
